ABOUT
Hi, I am Ejin, a 19-year-old who recently graduated from the South Australian Certificate of Education pre-university programme. Currently, I am keeping myself busy by learning new languages (German and Cantonese), brushing up my photography and driving skills, applying for an internship and volunteering programmes, upping my drone-flying game and brainstorming for future passion projects.
Growing up in Malacca, Malaysia, I have gotten used to the sight of flooding tourists and traffic congestions. However, I still curse under my breath whenever I miss the green light by a few seconds and drivers who refuse to use the blinker when changing lanes.
There are many things in life that I am passionate about, including mental health, human rights and education inequality. I had the opportunity to explore these interests through different activities, both academic and non-academic, I participated.
On a less serious note, I enjoy my tea without sugar but cannot stand coffee without it. I love my morning runs without music and swimming when it’s not raining. I lean towards introversion but with the right group of people, you’ll wonder if I was the person you first met.
One of my eyes is smaller than the other when I laugh. I have a slight dent on the left side of my skull. I have a scar on my right thigh from an accident when I was very young. My spine is in an S-shape due to a condition known as Scoliosis.
I am a dog person who hates being interrupted when I sleep or shower. I hate sleeping past 11 but loves a good late-night conversation. I am neither a Marvel nor a DC fan, but hand me some good-looking men anytime *ahem* Chris Evans / Henry Cavill *ahem* and I’ll gladly accept them.
This website is my portfolio/blog/side hustle that I am currently working on while I figure out life. There will be no specific theme that binds the blog from its creative capacity, so expect articles to range from aeronautical engineering to diary entries and rants. I will also be featuring interview pieces from my work with BRATs and with people that I find inspiring, in hopes that they will inspire you too!
So, if this is not what you are looking for, it is your cue to leave. The exit is on the left because I am always right! *teehee*
However, follow me and I will take you on a journey through the Wild Wild West on my flying magic carpet! Just remember to buckle up because this will be one hell of a ride!
